In the eighth reporting period, i.e. from 11 June to 10 August 2010, in accordance with accepted principles of drought monitoring we have found no indication of a threat of drought in the area of Poland. This means that areas where in the 2010 growing season the drought risks have been identified and the findings of previous monitoring periods are up to date, the situation has not changed. .....
