IUNG-PIB Puławy has calculated the climate water balance (CWB) for the period 1 July to 31 August 2009 for 3,064 Polish communities and identified the current state of agricultural drought for the following crops: maize for grain and silage, potatoes, sugar beet, hops, tobacco, vegetables, fruit trees and shrubs, as well as leguminous crops. .....
